Can real friendships grow even when you feel like you have nothing to offer except yourself?

Featured Replies

I’m 33, and I often feel like I don’t have much to offer in friendships. I don’t really have hobbies or strong interests, and most of my free time just goes into scrolling online and watching videos. I also deal with social anxiety, which makes it harder for me to connect with people. Right now, I just feel a bit empty and without clear goals or direction in life.

I don’t think you need to chase friendships. Just focus on improving yourself and building your own life. When you start growing and feeling more confident in who you are, the right people naturally come into your life.
