The more freelancer tools I try, the more they all feel the same..either too basic or way too complex for agency use. I just want something simple for time, clients, and invoices without extra hassle. What are you all using?

Zoho Invoice is pretty simple, or you can just build your own with the basics you need. You could set it up in a day if it’s just for personal use and not a product. Tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini can help a lot with that.
