Are others here using AI to handle day-to-day small business tasks?

Featured Replies

I’ve been using AI tools for a few months now and honestly it’s been a game changer. It’s really helped me manage daily work more smoothly. I mostly use it for writing quick emails and posts, replying to common customer questions, making simple designs, and keeping my ideas and notes organized so nothing gets missed. It basically feels like having an extra assistant for routine tasks. How are others using AI in their work, or are you still not really relying on it yet?

I honestly feel like it’s faster to just write emails and social posts myself instead of jumping between tabs and tools... anyone else?

I use AI for making graphics of my coworkers, drafting emails, and creating PowerPoint presentations.

I’ve also started using AI lately, mostly for quick meeting notes through a tool I’ve been testing and for handling email outreach. I haven’t really tried AI calling assistants yet though, I’m still a bit unsure about trusting them. For now, I’m sticking to other outreach channels and methods that feel more reliable to me.
