Long-form sales page vs short video letter. What worked better for your course

Featured Replies

I am launching a course next month and debating the format. Long form sales page or a short video sales letter. For those who have tested both, what actually converted better and why?

Video letter won for me by twenty percent. But only because I actually showed my face and shared real results. A generic voiceover would have bombed.

It depends on where your traffic is coming from. Warm traffic buys from video. Cold traffic needs the long page to understand the value. Most people test the wrong thing at the wrong stage.

I split tested both. The long page won by a small margin but the video page had higher quality leads who stayed longer. I now use both in sequence.

I had not even considered that the traffic source matters. I was just going to pick one. This changes how I think about the launch
