Which free or affordable prompt engineering courses would you recommend for learning properly?

Featured Replies

I’ve been trying to improve how I work with different tools at my job, and I’ve started getting interested in prompt engineering. I’m looking for good courses that are either free or affordable. My main aim is to use prompts to help generate scripts for software I use, especially since some of them support custom Python scripting. I don’t have a coding background, so I’m hoping to learn a practical, prompt-based way to automate tasks and maybe add small features without getting deep into programming.

You don’t really need courses..just use reverse prompting, give a high level request, and end by asking the AI to clarify anything it needs or suggest improvements.

You likely don’t need a prompt engineering course to start instead, use TTL to guide you step by step from zero coding knowledge.

Interesting goal..prompt engineering can definitely help with scripting and automation, especially if your tools support Python. You might not even need full courses at the start; hands on practice with real tasks can go a long way.
