What do you do when you hit a plateau

Featured Replies

I have been at the same revenue for 18 months. Not failing. Not growing. Stuck. I have tried new marketing, new offers, new platforms. Nothing moves the needle. How do you break through a plateau?

When I hit a plateau, what worked was not adding more things, but refining the offer and improving what was already working instead of chasing new strategies.

I hired a business coach. Not for tactics. For perspective. I was too close to my own business to see the obvious bottleneck. She identified it in one call. My pricing was 40% below market. I raised rates. Plateau broken in 30 days.

Hey Marcus, sounds like your bottleneck is delivery, not pricing. Productize. Try group coaching instead of one-on-one. Courses instead of services. It is more scalable delivery.

@HannahK I tried productizing. My one-on-one clients hated the group format. My course had a 3% completion rate. Productizing is not automatic. Sometimes the bottleneck is that your market wants bespoke, not scalable.

The loneliness is real but I joined a mastermind. Five founders, weekly calls, zero competition. My sanity depends on it.

@SamC That is my fear. I am a bespoke provider. My clients pay for customization. If I productize, I lose the premium positioning. But if I stay bespoke, I stay stuck. There is no clean answer.
