I had someone in my family ask about this. Asking if there is anything she could do online to supplement her husband's income. She is not someone that has a lot of experience in online spaces. She wouldn't know how to set up a website or start a YouTube channel. Nothing like that. So I am trying to see if there is actually still an option or two out there. I can't think of anything for newbies with little to no experience.

We have all had them. We make plans, put the work in, and then we are hit with a setback that can take weeks or even months to fix. Some setbacks require more time and money investing into a project and it can just be off-putting. I have given up on a few projects of mine because of this. My motivation to keep going was just wiped clean. How does one keep going when this happens?

Does anyone here do 5-year planning? I was told yo do this a number of times but never actually done it. It is just a means of planning ahead for your career/work, budgeting, goals, etc. I am considering doing a 5-year plan for myself to see if I can reach some goals. I am not getting any younger and I feel like I waste so much time just thinking on things instead of doing them!

It would appear that for this year, we have seen a massive growth in entrepreneurship. I read that roughly 33%, or 1 in 3, American adults has plans to either start a new business or new side hustle within the next 12 months. This is a massive increase from 2025 of over 90%. I think this is down to AI as well as avenues online that allow the younger generations (Z and millennial) to get a foot in the door and start earning in areas where it once took a long time or knowing the right people.

I am not looking for stock advice or anything like that. I am just curious who here does it or knows someone that does, and how well it performs. Everything I read online says investing is one of the easiest avenues to passive income assuming you have the money to invest and you know what you are doing. I considered cypto but that is more of a risk IMO.

I didn't realize there were so many. I was just looking into it and got a bit overwhelmed. I would like to get some printed for orders but I don't get that many. I average around 20 orders a month so I would realistically only need 300 or so for the year but a lot of them make you buy way more than this. Any suggestions?

For people that are looking to gain traction on social media, what is trending and what is working right now? I want to build up some social accounts that focus on video games and have started already but everything flat-lined. So I am hoping to figure out how to get the growth to pick up again.

One of the biggest trends I have seen really take off in the last 2 years is live stream shopping. It is similar to what you'd see on QVC or HSN, where you watch one person or a few people model and try to sell you products. I think the reason why this took off is because so many people under the age of 35 spend a lot of time on their phones. Platforms like Tiktok started the trend it seems but now I am seeing this stuff on eBay and Amazon as well. Could this this be a good avenue for someone with a small business trying to sell products?

I have heard mixed things about both! A friend of mine wants to start streaming on his down time in hopes to earn some extra income. I know a bit about audio and have some graphics design skills so I am helping him set up a channel but he is not should which platform to go with. I know you can stream on both at the same time but he wants one to be his main place and the other to host the video stream as a secondary viewing platform. Does anyone here know about the platforms?

I have a few ideas for a channel that I think will do well. Some people have told me to go with Rumble over YouTube as I would have an easier time gaining an audience. My issue is that Rumble seems to be mostly politics. Like 70% of the content on there. I don't know if this is because they give it a push or what. My niche would be in gaming and I don't see very many gamers on Rumble getting good numbers. Should I just stick with YouTube or should I try Rumble first?

A friend of mine suggested that I do this. Keep my business expenses and what I want to put into my business ideas away from my personal stuff. I have the option to have a separate account through my bank so I have put money into it and set limits without going over budget. I am just curious if anyone else does this?

This is something new to me but apparently it has become a goldmine for passive income earners. The idea behind these is to help people better utilize their choice AI system for work, building, and general life. Has anyone here give this a look? It could be something that can be good for passive income for someone that is good with AI.

Hey everyone. I am looking for ways to earn more online. I have a few blogs that get decent traffic and I do run Google AdSense on them but the revenue from it has seemingly fell off a cliff in the last few years. I want to see what other options are out there but I am not sure where to start looking. Any help would be great!

I am curious for those who have found it or those that are still looking, what are some tips you can offer? I have been trying to make something work for myself, I mostly want just supplemental income to compliment my job. I wouldn't mind it becoming a full time thing eventually but that is not the goal yet. I just want to make it so I am earning extra monthly so be able to afford more in life.

I am talking about places like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms that allow for video posting. I want to compile a list and do some experimenting with a few sites I have and see if I can replicate some virality and boost traffic using the same or similar trends to the big platforms.

Despite doing weekly updates, adding new content, making sure everything was accurate, even keeping up with the latest trends... Not one but BOTH of my blogs lost 90% of their traffic. I am just wondering if this can be saved? Can I regain the lost traffic or is there no hope once it is gone? I have heard of other sites having this happen and never recovering from it.

As I mentioned in my introduction thread, I have a number of social accounts that have good followings. My top is my X account and my Instagram account. I know people earn good money through popular accounts but how do I actually go about doing this myself? Does anyone have any good tips or advise for me? I want to do this right the first time without damaging my rep and losing followers.

I don't see a lot of people talking about this. I am sure some people here have experience with tracking traffic and understanding what helps rank better on Google. What are some lessons you learned doing this? Are there truly right and wrong ways to go about building up traffic to your website or is it just all luck?

I tend to multitask and try to work on multiple projects at once but I might be stretching myself too thin. I was thinking about this last night. Trying to juggle two different sites instead of focusing on one. I just don't want to see a decline in whichever one I stop doing work on. I am a bit torn on what to do here :(

I noticed in the last few years I have had a sharp decline in clients. I was once working with 5 to 10 people at any given time and now I am down to only having 2 regulars and and extra person every now and then. It sucks because I know my work is good and people are always satisfied with it. But I guess free is better and people would rather just us AI to generate the content.
