I have been at the same revenue for 18 months. Not failing. Not growing. Stuck. I have tried new marketing, new offers, new platforms. Nothing moves the needle. How do you break through a plateau?

When I hit a plateau, what worked was not adding more things, but refining the offer and improving what was already working instead of chasing new strategies.

I hired a business coach. Not for tactics. For perspective. I was too close to my own business to see the obvious bottleneck. She identified it in one call. My pricing was 40% below market. I raised rates. Plateau broken in 30 days.
