Give away the what and the why. Sell the how and the done with you. If your free content is genuinely helpful, people trust you enough to pay for implementation.

I used to hold back and it hurt my authority. Now I share generously and my paid products sell better because people see I know what I am talking about. Generosity scales.

I give away everything except the framework that ties it together. The individual tactics are free. The system is paid. Nobody wants to assemble the puzzle themselves.
