  1. You can use OpenCode with an NVIDIA NIM model. It might be a bit slow and sometimes rate-limited, but it still gives you access to powerful frontier models at no cost.
  2. I mostly relied on loss leaders, free reader magnets, building a mailing list, and doing newsletter swaps.
  3. I’m shifting more towards ebooks and digital products lately handling physical inventory just feels too time-consuming.
  4. When someone is handling multiple big projects along with teaching and other duties, how do they still manage time for personal life? If weekends are off, what does a normal weekday schedule look like? Most time goes into meetings with students and collaborators, leaving little space for focused work like writing or deep thinking. How do people reduce meetings and protect time for real deep work?
  5. I’ve been exploring different online ideas, tools, and small projects for a while now, mostly learning through trial and observation. While going through discussions here, I found a lot of interesting perspectives. Looking forward to being part of the community and learning from others.
