Boring businesses are often the best to start. Instead of trying to create something new and exciting, it’s better to choose something that already has customers and proven demand.

Some people struggle with this. I tend to come up with all sorts of ideas but no real way to execute them. Maybe try doing a brain storm like what we were taught in school. I am shocked by it but it has helped me out a number of times!

it’s simple..you just need to understand what the client actually wants.

It’s hard to judge a good idea early on. Most ideas become clearer only after testing them with real customers, and then you decide what to build based on actual feedback and evidence.

I have plenty of ideas..ideas are easy. What really matters is how well you execute them.

The laptop lifestyle is real but I'm currently writing this from a laundromat in Lisbon because my Airbnb WiFi died and I have a deadline in forty minutes.
