I know this boosts them a lot. I tend to struggle with this. I have tried different things I have found online but some only work a little bit while other tips and tricks don't work at all.

I am trying to figure out a way to have most of my posts get a good level of engagement because I know it helps to amplify my posts.

I don't batch create. I write when I have something to say. Inconsistent? Yes. Authentic? Also yes. My audience seems fine with it.

My email list is 800 people. Smaller than most. But 30% open and 5% buy. Quality over quantity always.

Just find posts you have interest in and respond to them. This will gain followers. When it comes to your own posts, ask questions. Post polls. Give people some sort of call to action.

A lot of popular posts on social media end up being rage bait and political nonsense, this is what you want to avoid.
