People always focus on AI, crypto, and dropshipping, but smaller fields like lawyers, translators, and accountants often quietly pay for useful tools.

If you have knowledge in fiances or law, both do insanely well on YouTube and pay great. I know someone that did videos part-time for awhile on YouTube. He was an immigration lawyer. He ended up making more through his YouTube channel than he did actually working in law which is crazy. He has since retired.

I was looking into this for my brother. He works in financing. I saw that younger guy, I can't remember his name he has a popular podcast where he shames people about debt (lol), but I feel like this could be a good avenue for him to explore.

Oh yeah, I think I know the guy you are talking about. I have seen clips of him but I don't know his name. I think your brother should absolutely give this a try. If it ends up being a good revenue stream for him, that would be amazing.
