Everyone has a podcast now. The market feels saturated. Is it too late to start one, or is there still room for new voices? I have expertise but I am worried nobody will find me in the noise.

I am probably getting ahead of myself but I know people that make content on YouTube, Rumble, etc. sell merch through printing companies online. They get a small cut of the sale and don't have to worry about handling the sales. I think this is a great way to make extra income, especially for smaller creators. I am just having a hard time figured out which one is the best over all. Does anyone have experience with them here?

I have been told I need a thousand-person email list before I launch anything. But building that list could take a year. Should I wait until I have an audience, or can I launch now and grow the audience alongside the product?

I often see people saying vibecoded apps aren’t really production ready or suitable as real products. I’ve been using Claude Code for a few personal desktop apps and now I’m thinking about using it for a simple business showcase website with just basic info. Would that be a bad idea or fine for something this simple?

I spent months trying to find the perfect niche. Did all the research. Analyzed competitors. Looked at search volume and market size and every other metric you can think of. Paralysis by analysis at its finest. Then I accidentally stumbled into something solving my own problem. I built a small tool for myself, shared in a Facebook group, and. fifty messages from people asking if they could use it too. That was the moment I realized best niches are right in front of you. Not the ones you find through research but the ones you live every day. Something you struggled with, solved for yourself, and turns out hundreds of other people are struggling with the same thing. I am no…

I guess I should ask if there are any other platforms like Craigslist other than maybe say Facebook marketplace or eBay. I believe those are the only two similar sites. I have an online business idea that involves a similar platform. However, it is for a specific niche. Basically it is a platform strictly for people who are into collections, gaming, and anime/manga. So things like LEGOs, Pokemon cards, Star Wars merch, old and new consoles, PC gaming parts, controllers, as well as things from popular anime franchises like DBZ, One Punch Man, etc. etc. My brother and I have been bouncing ideas off each other but I am not sure if this is something that could work or not.

From first two years of selling to everyone like Freelancers, small business owners, agency owners, coaches and ecom stores with a pulse and a credit card was my target audience. My messaging was all over the place. My offers were generic. No one felt I was talking to them because I was talking to everybody. Then I made one change. I picked one very specific person. A freelance graphic designer with three to five client, making around fifty to sixty thousand a year, struggling to raise rates without losing clients. That was it that was my entire audience. Everything changed my copy spoke directly to her struggles. My offer addressed her specific fears. My case studies fea…

I’ve been researching passive income ideas and keep seeing tons of options like blogging, digital products, affiliate websites, investing, and crypto staking. I’m mostly interested in the ones you can start with very little money.
