How do you handle imposter syndrome before a launch

Featured Replies

I am launching my first real product next month and every day I convince myself nobody will buy. My brain says who am I to teach this. How do you actually manage imposter syndrome when real money is on the line?

I reframe it from I am not qualified to I am one step ahead of my ideal customer. That is all you need. You do not need to be the world expert. You need to be the person who solved the problem they have right now.

I tell myself the product is not about me. It is about the person who needs it. Thatshift removes the ego. It is not do I deserve success. It is does this help someone. If yes, launch.

Imposter syndrome is usually accurate. You might not be ready. The question is whether you are willing to learn publicly. Most people are not. If you are, you are ahead of 90% of creators.

I launched anyway. Terrified. Convinced it would fail. Made $12,000 in the first week. Imposter syndrome does not go away. You just stop letting it drive.

Feeling like this before launch is actually common. Most people just push through it anyway.
