I’ve been thinking about getting into freelancing but I’m still trying to figure out what area to start with. I’m considering things like writing, social media, video editing and AI based work. Not sure if I should learn through courses first or just jump in, and whether this is a solid path for someone new

It depends on your interest. I started with writing on paper, then turned it into blogging and articles, and now I work with marketing agencies.

Pick one skill, get good at it, and build a small portfolio. Start applying and keep practicing, that matters more than courses.

Freelancing has a lot of avenues. The more niche you can be with your work, the better able you will be able to find a client base. Do you have an sort of ideas on what the main focus will be fore your work?
