I think Grok is pay-walled at this point so I would need to get my X account verified. I am curious of how it is coming along and if it is worth paying monthly to have access to. I have heard mixed things. Some also say it is the best AI model there is because it has constant new information on the platform itself to learn from which does make sense but other AI systems use places like Reddit which offers the same thing, just with a bit of a different feel. Does anyone use Grok here? Is it any good? 🤔

I think Grok is useful. I was playing around with it when it was still free. I didn't put a whole lot of time into using it as a tool for ideas but the few times I did, it helped me crack through some rough patches I was having with an idea I had. I would imagine now that it is updated and a paid feature, it has probably improved even more.

I just don't want to spend money to find out it isn't any use for me.

Basic Grok, you just need a standard account that is in good standing (so not suspended or anything).

The free version of Grok is still useful for certain things. I think as they add more features, more will become free because they want people using it and they know not everyone has the money to put into it. Plus, the learning model is build right into X so Elon is getting all that information for nothing!
