Has anyone actually automated client onboarding with AI

Featured Replies

I keep hearing about AI onboarding but I have not seen anyone actually do it well for a service business. Has anyone here automated their intake process without it feeling robotic? What tools are you using?

I automated my scheduling, intake form, and initial resource delivery. The AI does not replace the welcome. It just handles the logistics so I can focus on the relationship.

I tried full automation and it felt cold. Now I use AI for the form and scheduling but I record a personal welcome video for every client. Hybrid approach works best.

Most clients do not want automation. They want to feel like you are paying attention. If you automate the parts that waste time and keep the parts that build trust, you get the best of both.

I love the hybrid idea. I was thinking it had to be all or nothing. Using AI for logistics and keeping the personal touch for the relationship makes way more sense.

Automated my invoice follow-ups. Payment speed improved from 14 days to 6 days average. Cash flow matters.

Notion is my second brain. Projects, content, finances, goals. One tool to rule them all. Took 20 hours to set up. Worth it.
