A friend of mine sells handmade items and has recently started getting a lot more sales out of nowhere. She is struggling to keep up. Is there and easy to use tool (preferably one that is free!) to help her manage this sort of thing? I know a lot of tools are paid for but I figured I would ask. I was thinking of just making one for her using AI but I am still very much clueless when it comes to how to do such a thing. I have to look into it more.

Right now I am using Klaviyo for email marketing and it has been working great since my shop runs on Shopify. I am looking for other options to help take some of the load away so I can focus on other things. It is time consuming having to manage ads, social media accounts, etc. Are there any other tools that can help with marketing for my online store?

I know this was a tool that was recommended a number of years ago for YouTubers looking to start or grow channels. Because it is a monthly paid tool, I don't want to just throw money at it and hope it is still good and relevant. It seems the entry level for basic features is $12 a month. That is likely what I would use. Is this still worth using in 2026 though?

I see it connects apps and makes automation easier. I am wondering if this would be a good tool to use to manage all my socials in one place. I am not entirely sure what else it does. I just saw it being recommended for cutting down on time which is what I am looking to do to better balance my work life at home.

I was looking at FlutterFlow as I had an app idea that would work with one of my sites and I think could be a good way to boost traffic - i.e. offering a free app for signing up - but I am confused by their plans. The basic ones sounds like all I would need but it also sounds like I wouldn't be able to do much in terms of building the app. And the growth one sounds like it would be too much for the project I have in mind. Has anyone used FlutterFlow here before? Or know more about it than I do?

Who else feel spending more time managing their tools than using them? I have tried Trello, Notion, Asana and ClickUp switched between them almost six times. I thought the next one would fix everything but turns out the tool wasn't the problem. I just kept jumping around instead of sticking with something. Right now I'm on a minimalist kick, Google Docs and a simple to-do list. Trying to see how long I can last before the next shiny tool catches my eye. What's your current setup, one or two essentials or the full stack?

I was looking into social media management tools and realized that they are almost the same. I compared a lot of features and what is included. The only difference really is that Statusbrew is HALF the cost. I am just wondering now if it is half as good or if this is really a good budget find here. Is anyone familiar with both or more familiar with Statusbrew?

I was looking at support ticket systems and came across osTicket. It is free and opensource which I prefer personally, anything to cut the budget and have more control. Anyways, I am wondering if anyone here has used it. I have no experience with it, I am just wondering if it is any good.

A friend of mine wants to get a website going but I don't have the time to sit down and help him build it. I told him I can try and find a platform that does a lot of the work. I am just not sure which website builders are good anymore. Also, I would prefer to give him options with built-in AI or automatic generation for customized code to make it look and feel how he wants.

The standard package is $99 a month, for 10 accounts. I feel like there should be a cheaper option for someone just looking to use it for one or two accounts. I was reading up on it and watched a few videos. I was ready to sign up for it but not for this much. I assumed it would be like $10 or maybe $20 at most a month.
