I was looking at support ticket systems and came across osTicket. It is free and opensource which I prefer personally, anything to cut the budget and have more control.Anyways, I am wondering if anyone here has used it. I have no experience with it, I am just wondering if it is any good.

I have not personally used it but I know someone who has and it seems to be a great option for small businesses that don't have a lot to spend. You can play around with it, it is free like you said. I would just test it out for yourself.
