Are you offering anything special for July (For America's 250th)?

Featured Replies

I noticed so many companies and businesses offering discounts, sales, and special edition items for the celebration. I am a bit late to even attempt to plan for this so I missed out.

I am wondering if anyone here has done anything special for the event. Even if it is just discounts or sales.

I am not but I noticed so many various companies are, ones that I would not have even expected. I have even seen France and Japan both celebrating America's 250th birthday too which is nuts to me. I guess any excuse to have an event and celebrate while making some extra cash haha

So many companies were doing this, it was crazy! I loved to see it though. This is the kind of marketing I don't mind because it brings people together.

I wish I could have thought of something sooner and planned for it.

I am still seeing limited edition stuff at the stores. I think it would have been a good marketing strategy to play into this but I completely forgot about it until June by which time it was already to late to actually plan for something. Where I work didn't plan for it either so I didn't have that as a reminder.

I noticed this as well. I guess they planned for extended purchases. A lot of food stuff, I should say mostly food stuff, is what I have seen. I am sure it encouraged more sales for the right products!
