Should I set up a website or just use social accounts?
I agree. Get your social accounts going. Make sure you get them to have a good follower base. Then you can announce your website right to your followers. You can also offer email newsletters tied to your website if it is something you will be updating with news.

What sort of things encourage people to interact with e-mails?
I heard gamification works really well but this depends on what kind of niche you fall under. It won't work for all of them. Surveys and polls can work for just about any niche though so you can look into including those.

The side of email work people don’t really talk about
Is this true? I have been out of the loop with e-mail clients for a while. I kind of just make some and forgot about it. I mostly use Gmail though. Now I am thinking maybe I should move away? What are the issues with them and the privacy concerns?

I want to create an AI Instagram influencer. Any tool and software suggestions?
I know you are going to want to start with Midjourney. I think overall they do the best images of realistic people. Once you generate enough photos of your AI influencer, you can take them and use them to create video on another AI platform. I am not familiar enough to know which is best for video. I don't do AI video stuff.

How do you raise prices without losing every existing client
With how everyone is raising prices in the last few years, now would probably be the time to do it anyways. People are kind of expecting services and goods to go up. They have been trending up for the last 4 years at this point.

Which AI model is best for multitasking?
I don't think I ever used Grok. Well, outside of maybe asking to verify a few things I was reading when I was on X. I will have to try it more. I am not really a fan of Gemini. I don't think I tried Claude Opus so I will take a look at that one too.

How do you figure our pricing for services?
Okay so I have an idea of what everything I use runs me but I am still struggling with what I want to earn. I did look on Google and the price ranges everywhere from $22 an hour all the way up to $60 an hour, which is nuts! I guess I can go somewhere in the middle and do $40 an hour?

Do you include a kill fee in your contracts
I have had one too many experiences where I would get a good amount of the work done and a client decides they want something different or they want to work with someone else. I have lost hours of paid work before I started doing this.

Do you include a kill fee in your contracts
I looked into this a lot and make sure to include it with my services. I state that 25% is not refundable. If the project is 70% or more complete, then there are no refunds for deciding to walk away. I don't want to put time and energy into something and risk not getting paid at all.

Should I do self-hosting?
You end up saving a lot of costs when you self-host. I have done both and if you have bigger more demanding websites, you end up paying hand of fist for it when you have someone else host them for you. And I will be honest, downtime is going to happen either way. I find it better to be in control cause when I faced downtime while working with a host, it still took days to fix the issue!

Which AI model is best for multitasking?
It seems like a lot of people default to ChatGPT and I have been using it, and I like it... But I want to see what other options are out there. I am sure there are probably better AI models for what I am looking to do. Even if I have to use a few of them for different things, I am okay with that. There are just so many now that I don't even know where to look or start. Ideally, I find one that can do everything I need but I am okay, like I said, with using a few different ones if I have to.

How do you figure our pricing for services?
Without going into too much detail, I have a website where I will be offering services to businesses that deal with cloud storage. I am trying to figure out the best approach for finding fair pricing points for packages and services. It seems like they are all over the place. I don't want to charge too much but I also don't want to undersell my work either. I know if I don't charge enough, it can actually hinder people from working with me. The whole "too good to be true" pricing points. I want to avoid that.

Hello WebInsiders!
Hey everyone. I was looking around for a forum to join. I am working on a few different projects online, hoping to get some tips and direction so I am not wasting time. I have been working with a few AI platforms for my planning and everything is coming together. I just want to polish it all and make sure I start myself off for success. I am looking forward to talking with some new people and seeing what everyone else is working on.
