I read that roughly 33%, or 1 in 3, American adults has plans to either start a new business or new side hustle within the next 12 months. This is a massive increase from 2025 of over 90%. I think this is down to AI as well as avenues online that allow the younger generations (Z and millennial) to get a foot in the door and start earning in areas where it once took a long time or knowing the right people.
