  1. I finished a ghosted project and posted it as a case study. The client resurfaced six months later asking for the files. I sent them with the invoice.
  2. I had a client who added seventeen small things to a website. I made a list, put a price next to each, and asked which three mattered most. Scope self-corrected.
  3. I added a bonus service instead of raising rates. Same price, more value. Six months later I dropped the bonus and raised the price. Smooth transition.
