Notion for everything. Projects, content calendar, client notes, finances. One tool. One database. I tried dedicated tools for each function. The integration headache was worse than any feature gap.

Notion is slow. I use dedicated tools. Toggl for time tracking. FreshBooks for invoicing. Calendly for scheduling. Each does one thing perfectly.

The best tool is the one you'll actually use. I bought fancy CRMs. Used spreadsheets. Now I use a simple one. Adoption beats features.

Currently at seven. The overhead is real. If I can get down to three without losing capability, I will switch.

Seven tools down to three. Notion vs ClickUp is the big decision. Will report back on which consolidation works better for my workflow.
