Notion for everything. Projects, content calendar, client notes, finances. One tool. One database. I tried dedicated tools for each function. The integration headache was worse than any feature gap.

Notion is slow. I use dedicated tools. Toggl for time tracking. FreshBooks for invoicing. Calendly for scheduling. Each does one thing perfectly.

I consolidated to three: ClickUp for projects, Stripe for payments, ConvertKit for email. Less than three and I miss features. More than three and I lose focus.
