I tend to multitask and try to work on multiple projects at once but I might be stretching myself too thin. I was thinking about this last night. Trying to juggle two different sites instead of focusing on one. I just don't want to see a decline in whichever one I stop doing work on. I am a bit torn on what to do here :(

I would focus on the better of the two and maybe devote one day to the other site per week just to keep it up to date. If you are stretching yourself too thin, then both websites will end up suffering in the long run.

You already feel like there is pressure there. When we put too much of a workload on ourselves, we end up making mistakes. I would focus mostly on which every site is performing better and put the other in maintenance mode for the time being.

Well, I wouldn't want to have one site fall off either so I understand.

I think you can adjust your schedule to have time for both. Instead of working on both all the time, give each site set time for each week. Maybe 2 or 3 days each.

I juggle a lot of sites and projects. The key to not being overwhelmed is to schedule your time. For projects/sites that aren't generating much or any revenue, I only give them a small time window a few days a week to work on things. For ones earning and improving weekly, I put more time into those often giving them an entire day or two a week.

I am only juggling sites in terms of my shop and social accounts and I am finding it overwhelming. I can't imagine doing this for two or more different sites. Why not look into tools or software to help you better manage them?

So I decided to actually set up a schedule like suggested. I am going to start it on Monday. See if I can manage to stick to it and see if it helps me out.
