I’ve been doing a bit of hands on trial and error with simple AI stuff lately, and it’s been more useful than I thought. Anyone else gone down that route?

It depends on your interest. I started with writing on paper, then turned it into blogging and articles, and now I work with marketing agencies.

Built my business in public for 2 years. The transparency brought me more clients than any ad ever could. Vulnerability sells.

My most profitable year had the fewest clients. 12 clients at premium rates beat 34 at mid-market. Math is simple, psychology is hard.

Product or service, I prefer services since I like dealing with clients. But more important is your noche you are going after. I Tested 3 niches in 18 months. The one that stuck? The one where clients already had budget allocated. Demand > passion. Goodluck!

I don’t think the future will just be another TikTok or Instagram clone. Those platforms will still stick around for entertainment, but people are getting tired of the constant noise, outrage, and algorithm driven feeds that often feel draining

I felt safe enough to share a personal health issue, but soon after, I was laid off.

I’ve tried most of these except affiliate websites. I’ve never properly learned how to set up affiliate links to get paid. I’ve used Google AdSense before, so I’m somewhat familiar, but now I want to learn affiliate marketing properly and quickly.

Deep work is something you really have to fight for in a busy academic or professional environment. If you don’t consciously create boundaries, your entire day can easily get filled with meetings and leave no time for real thinking or creativity.

I have made original music with the help of LLMs like Claude and Gemini.

I do not trust AI for critical workflows, but I use it for simple automations that need context and cannot be done in code. It has still helped a lot with building my SaaS and marketing it.

I’ve actually done a couple of fairly serious medical data/statistics projects without writing a single line of code. I just had a clear idea of what I was building and how it should work, and let AI handle the rest.

Slow and steady wins. Real engagement and loyal viewers are far more valuable than big numbers alone.
