  1. I went agency and regretted it. The margins were worse than my solo work. I downsized back to a premium solo practice and made more money with less stress. Bigger is not always better.
  2. Client work is faster to cash. Products are faster to scale. Most people need the client work to fund the product. The danger is getting comfortable and never making the jump.
  3. Ebooks work when they solve a specific pain in a specific niche. The problem is most people write a general guide about their topic and wonder why nobody buys. Narrower is better.
  4. Look at your onboarding. Most churn happens because people never get a quick win in the first fourteen days. If they do not feel progress immediately, they mentally check out.
  5. I have been at roughly the same revenue for six months. It is consistent but I can not grow without things falling apart. My delivery is shaky, my onboarding is messy, and I am saying yes to everything. What does scaling actually look like at this stage?
  6. When I realized I was spending three hours a day on tasks that generated zero revenue. That was the signal. I hired a VA for five hours a week at first. Small commitment, big mental shift.
  7. Pre-selling validates demand. Building validates your ego. Both have value, but only one pays rent. If you can not articulate the outcome on one sentence, you are not ready to build.
