I stopped blogging for two years and my traffic died. Started again with opinion pieces instead of how to guides and saw better engagement. The format is fine. The approach needed updating.

I used a simple swipe file of my best performing emails. Took me an hour to compile. Still my highest converting lead magnet two years later.

I stayed small and raised prices. Now I work with three clients at a time and make what I used to make with ten. The math of premium positioning beats the math of volume.

I did both for three years. Client work paid the bills. The product business paid for the future. I do not think one is better. I think you need the first to survive the second.

I use mine as a credibility tool, not a revenue tool. It sits on my site and gets me coaching inquiries. Direct sales are low but the leads are warm.

I run a small membership for freelancers. Growth is fine but I am losing people at month three like clockwork. What are you actually doing to keep members engaged past the honeymoon phase?

Same boat last year. Scaling for me meant writing down every step of my process. SOPs sound boring but they are the only way to hand anything off without quality dying.

Great thread. I was stuck on this for months. What helped me was framing it as strategy, not coaching. Same work, different label, higher perceived value.
