  1. AI videos and AI pictures for sure are. I think there is a time and place for it but everyone is spamming it on social media, YouTube, etc. and it has just become too much. I don't even bother looking for new content anymore before of it. They need filters to block this low-quality, sloppy content.
  2. I used this for a number of years and it was so helpful. I am usually good with grammar but I often overlook things with proofreading. This would catch it every single time. I think there were privacy concerns or something though. I can't remember. There was a reason I stopped using them.
  3. You have to push AI in the direction you want it to go. You can have it work for you and sound like you. It just takes effort. A friend of mine was able to transform his AI model into one that thinks and writes exactly like him so he is able to pump out blog articles, news letters, and even scripts for videos daily. His own productivity skyrocketed because of this.
  4. I mean this is entirely possible. I think there was an increase in people using the internet around 2010 because of social media and younger people trying to become streamers and Youtubers. I think a second boost came in 2020 from the pandemic. I think it has since dropped off a bit. Yeah, sure more people are shopping online now but look at the gaming industry post covid. They are having to fired thousands of people because they hired when gaming sales increased from people being stuck at home.
  5. So don't reach out but make myself more available on my accounts? I guess that could work. I would imagine most people get approached anyways. It isn't like a blog or anything of the sort, social media is a lot different. Thanks guys!
  6. As far as I know, it has been like this for at least 10 years. I don't remember the earlier days of the partner program. I know they kind of sprung it on people around 2009 I want to say. Since I have been paying attention it has been what I listed.
  7. If you want to manage inventory across multiple sites and socials, then look at Ecwid. I used that a number of times when selling things through my sites and loved being able to track what I had left and allowing people to know what was still in stock without having to manage a tone of different sites.
  8. When I was choosing, I was overthinking. I wanted them to be perfect and no matter which ideas I had, they were taken. I am not sure which niche you are in but you can play with words, use abbreviations, etc. just so long as it is short, easy to remember, and gives you an idea of what the site is about. You don't have to match the company name to it.
  9. I know on X a lot of people tend to complain about AI generated stuff unless you put your own spin/creative talent into it. On Instagram, people care a lot less and you can actually get a good amount of interactions using AI content. My question is, are there any ways that AI can actually help my social media accounts? Or should I mostly avoid it as to not lose followers?
  10. First make sure you are in a country that allows it. Some are blocked from it! You will be able to become a tier one or tier two depending on the numbers you hit. Tier one gives you access to superr chats, channel memberships, and other things to do with streaming. You do not get ad revenue though. This tier requires 500 subs, 3 public uploads in the last 90 days, and 3k public watcher outs in the last 12 months OR 3 mil on shorts in the last 90 days. Tier two is what you want for full monetization. That gives you revenue sharing and premium revenue. You need 1k subs and 4k public watch hours in the last 12 months OR 10 mil with public shorts in the last 90 days. With that aside, it can take a long time to see growth. Some people luck out and see it right away. Some don't. You have to be patient, as much as I know you probably don't want to hear that.
  11. I have a fairly big account on there, nearly 500k followers. What I have noticed is that when you prioritize replying to replies, it gives you a boost. Also like @Cozmic said, you want to be verified. It is worth the monthly cost if it is something you want to be successful with.
  12. As I mentioned in my introduction thread, I have a number of social accounts that have good followings. My top is my X account and my Instagram account. I know people earn good money through popular accounts but how do I actually go about doing this myself? Does anyone have any good tips or advise for me? I want to do this right the first time without damaging my rep and losing followers.
  13. Hey everyone. I figured it would be best to start here. So the short of the long of it is that I have a few different social media accounts that I have built up. My two biggest are on Instagram and X. My Instagram has just over 200k followers and my X account has roughly 450k. Both are sizable followings. I would like to figure out a way to earn money through them. I was told I should, I just don't know what to do. They are not tied to any site or anything. They are separate from my websites entirely actually. So I figured I would join here and get some tips and recommendations. Oh, my name is Simon by the way. LOL!
